Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS OVER $75+

RAD is happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders with a subtotal $75+. This offer is available for orders shipped within the contiguous United States only. Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and off shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
  • APO/FPO and PO Box addresses
  • International orders
  • Wholesale orders
 

DOMESTIC ORDERS (CONTIGUOUS U.S.)

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours , and will arrive in 3 - 7 business days. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. Our warehouse processes online orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 1pm (Mountain Time) will not be processed until the following business day. Please be mindful of holidays as shipping carriers are closed on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all U.S. Holidays observed by USPS and FedEx, please feel free to visit their website. Weather conditions may effect transit times as well. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. For all orders shipping within the contingent United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), RAD uses USPS and FedEx. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

In-stock items are shipped within 24 hours. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available.
  • USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-14 business days and time to pass through customs.*
  • FedEx Express takes 5-10 business days and time to pass through customs.*

RETURN POLICY

RAD is committed to providing the highest level of customer care. To ensure each customer is completely satisfied, we guarantee all RAD products to be free of manufacturer defects and to perform to the highest quality standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order can be returned for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 30 days of delivery.* How to return my items? Easy!
